Standard gym footprint: 15k \u2013 25k<\/h3>

Our gyms are built for our members to increase strength and performance. Our footprint model is meant to have the most amount of strength equipment per sq foot than any competitor in the area<\/strong>. We also know that strength and performance mean different things to different people.

With that in mind each facility will host a Group Exercise room, Cardio area and optional small group training studio within our footprint.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Initial investment and startup costs*<\/h3>

Our concept is proven worldwide and changing lives in your community is a fulfilling reward that not every franchise can offer. Financially we\u2019re looking for a minimum net worth of $1 million with Liquidity of $400,000.

The estimated investment level for a 25k sq ft facility ranges from $1,778,000 \u2013 $4,347,000 with an initial franchise fee of $40,000.<\/strong>
