Jump up and out to the side with both feet so that your feet are now wide apart. While jumping out, raise your arms straight up and out to your side until your palms are together above your head. Jump your feet back together as you return your arms to your side and you\u2019ve completed 1 rep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>The goal:<\/b> 20 reps<br>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-11115\" src=\"https:\/\/res.cloudinary.com\/ggus-dev\/image\/private\/s--yFlcNc2g--\/c_auto,g_auto,w_800,h_600\/v1\/2405e908\/air-squats-1.webp?_a=BAAAV6Bs\" alt=\"Air Squats\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h3\">Air Squats<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out. Bend your knees, lowering your hips until they\u2019re between your knees or as low as you can go while keeping your back as upright as possible. With hands directly below your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goldsgym.com\/blog\/7-shoulder-exercises-for-strength-and-stability\/\">shoulders<\/a> and body straight, lower your body until your chest touches the floor. Press your heels into the floor and raise your hips, shifting pressure to the upper shoulder. No pressure should be felt in the neck or back. (Depending on your flexibility, you may need to slightly bend your knees or place your hands a few inches away from your feet.)
