This U.S. State Privacy Notice (\u201cState Privacy Supplement\u201d) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Notice, located on our Website (the \u201cSite\u201d), of RSG Group USA Inc. (\u201cGold’s Gym,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d \u201cthe Company\u201d), and applies solely to consumers as defined under state specific privacy laws that are applicable to Gold’s Gym. In the event of any conflict between this notice and our Privacy Notice, this privacy notice shall govern. We adopt this notice to comply with U.S. State Privacy Laws. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This State Privacy Supplement is designed to provide you with notice of our practices over the prior twelve (12) months, as required under some U.S. State Privacy Laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
